Judith Larzelere
Biography
Even with a master’s degree in painting from Rutgers University, Judith Larzelere did not find her niche until she turned to fiber arts. Her colorful quilts are assembled using strips of fabric and a technique called “flip and sew quilting.” Her work has been shown all over the country—from New York City to Columbus, Ohio—as well as in Tokyo, where she was named one of “The 30 Most Distinguished Quiltmakers of the World” in 2003. Larzelere was featured in the October 2009 issue of AmericanStyle.
